Materials Needed
- Paper person outline
- Tissue paper in many colors
- Glue
- Scissors
- Markers
Instructions

Draw or print a simple person outline on paper
- 2
Tear tissue paper into small pieces of different colors
- 3
Glue the colorful tissue paper pieces onto the coat area
- 4
Keep adding colors until the whole coat is covered
- 5
Write "God has a plan for me!" at the bottom
