- Aluminium foil
- Markers
- Stickers
- Tape

Cut a shield shape from cardboard

Cover the front with aluminium foil for a shiny look

Write "Be Strong & Courageous" across the middle

Decorate with stickers and draw symbols of bravery

Tape a handle strip to the back so you can hold it!
