- Paper plate
- Cotton balls
- Paint or markers (rainbow colours)
- Glue
- Scissors

Cut the paper plate in half

Paint rainbow stripes across the flat edge (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

Glue cotton balls along the straight bottom edge for clouds

Write "God keeps His promises!" on the back
