- Markers

- Brass fastener

Cut out an arm shape with a bent elbow from card stock (two pieces)

Connect the pieces at the elbow with a brass fastener so it moves

Draw muscles on the arm

Write "My strength comes from God!" on it

Flex the arm and talk about where our real strength comes from!
