- Paper plate
- Cotton balls
- Glue
- Black construction paper
- Googly eyes

Glue cotton balls all over the paper plate to make woolly sheep

Cut a head shape from black construction paper

Glue the head to one side of the plate

Add googly eyes to the sheep head

Write "The Lord is my Shepherd" on the back
