Philippians 4:13

The apostle Paul wrote this verse while he was in prison! Even though he was stuck in a jail cell, Paul was not sad. He knew that Jesus gave him the strength to handle anything.

This verse does not mean we get superpowers. It means that with Jesus helping us, we can get through hard times, be brave when scared, and do the things God asks us to do. Jesus gives us the strength we need!
