Psalm 119:105

In Bible times, people did not have flashlights. When they walked at night, they carried small oil lamps to see the ground in front of them. Without a lamp, they could trip or get lost!

This verse says the Bible is like one of those lamps. It helps us see where we are going in life. When we read the Bible, it shows us what is right and wrong and how to make good choices. Every time we open it, God is shining a light on our path!
